A way to better the world

There's something that's been weighing very heavily on my mind recently. I've always wanted to hold a soft, beautiful chicken, but I've always been worried since chickens have a proclivity to scratch people with their sharp claws.

I've come up with a solution to this problem. If people were to clothe their chickens feet with socks; thick, wooly socks, then the sharp talons wouldn't be a problem. Not only could people hold these wonderful creatures but it would also protect the chickens delicate feet.

If any of you own a chicken, I implore you, put some socks on it. You and your chicken will be glad you did.

You know there are all kinds of knitting and crocheting clubs that get together for a good cause and make....stuff, for underprivileged…..things. I am sure there are a group of ladies, waiting out there for a good cause. This one sounds like a great one. Socks for chickens and other similarly handicapped fowl. I, myself, am not good at socks, but I’m great with sweaters. Do you think they need those too?
Love the blog handsome. Love, Sister Kenworthy
